Terms and Conditions

1. Quotes & Scope of Work:
   • Quotes are finalized only by the onsite technician after assessing the full scope of work.
2. Furniture Moving Policy: We move only basic furniture, provided there is enough space within the room to do so. This includes:
   • Beds on wheels
   • Lounges
   • Coffee tables
   • Dining tables and chairs
   • Lamp tables
   • (All weight permitting)
3. Quoted Price & Additional Treatments:
   • If further treatments are required, additional costs will be quoted before any extra work begins.
   • Customers may accept or decline any additional work.
4. Payment Terms:

• All invoices must be paid upon job completion.
• Business customers requiring a signed work order prior to service must still ensure payment is made upon job completion.
